Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long does it take to improve credit scores?
A: This depends on your credit situation and what you may need to do. We won’t know this until we review your credit reports. This is why the credit score improvement plan is an important piece of the puzzle.
Q: How does your program work?
A: We start by reviewing your credit reports to determine what is impacting your credit scores. From there we will create a Credit Score Improvement Plan that explains and prioritizes the action needed to improve your scores.
The key is to follow our advice and stick to the plan.
Q: What is the difference between the Credit Score Improvement Plan and the Disputes?
A: The Credit Score Improvement Plan is created after reviewing your credit reports. It’s a written plan (one that you can refer back to) that considers all the factors impacting your scores and it explains what you need to know, and prioritizes what needs to be done, to improve your scores to 700 and beyond.
The disputes are the account challenges that we do for you with the credit reporting agencies.
Q: How quickly will my credit scores improve?
A: This all depends on several factors that can impact your credit scores. It depends on the action needed, and your ability to take the action. We will not know this until we review your credit reports and create your improvement plan.
Q: Can you dispute items on my credit report?
A: Yes. If you don’t have the time to research and dispute them on your own, we can do it for you. Again, there are no promises or guarantees that any items will be removed. It is up to the credit reporting agencies and the verification process.
Q: What is your guarantee?
A: By law, guaranteed results such as a credit score increase or account removals is prohibited.
What we can promise you is that if you follow our advice and stick to the plan your scores will improve.
