10 Question Interview with Shelly Mull, Credit Expert
1. What do you do at Credit Expert?
We help consumers repair and improve their credit and credit scores.
2. How do you achieve this?
First, we believe that knowledge is power and so we take the time to educate and coach our clients on credit and their credit scores. Second, we help consumers remove qualified negative items from their credit reports to help them raise their credit scores.
3. How much should consumers expect to pay for your services?
That’s a tough question to answer because everyone’s situation is different. It really all depends on what credit issues need to be addressed and we won’t know this until we have a chance to review their credit reports with them.
I can tell you this; low credit scores can be very frustrating, heartbreaking and expensive. The savings and the freedom that comes along with higher credit scores can far outweigh what a client will pay us to repair their credit.
4. How can someone get started in your program?
The first thing to do is to request a Free No Risk Credit Consultation. To schedule the consultation, the consumer will need to provide us with their credit reports so we can review them. If they don’t know how to obtain them, we can help.
5. What can consumers expect to receive from the free consultation?
They can expect to become more knowledgeable about their credit than before the consultation. We will review their credit reports with them, explain what's impacting their credit scores and how they can improve them. We will also explain our No Risk Credit Repair, how it works and provide a credit repair cost estimate.
6. How long does the consultation take?
It can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour depending on the consumer’s questions.
7. What makes your credit repair different than other credit repair companies?
Again, we provide a No Risk Credit Repair. You see, unlike credit repair companies that charge a large upfront fee just to get started in their program and a monthly service fee regardless the results they achieve, our credit repair is no risk to our clients. We do not require a payment upfront to enroll into our program and our clients only pay us when we actually correct or removal qualified negative items from their credit reports.
8. Do you have a guarantee?
Absolutely! Our No Risk guarantee simply states: "If we are unable to remove qualified negative items from your credit reports that are lowering your credit scores, then you pay no credit repair service fee - PERIOD!"
9. What is the success rate of your program?
Of course this varies from client to client as each situation is different. What I can say is that on average; our clients see a 60 to 100 point credit score increase often in 1 to 6 months. Since 2008 we have helped thousands of consumers qualify for home and auto loans when they really thought they had no chance. Many of our clients have refinanced auto loans from a 20% to a 6% interest rate for example. I encourage everyone to visit our Happy Clients page on our website as these are "real" testimonials from happy clients.
10. Shelly, if you could address all the consumers out there that need help with their credit and credit scores, what would you say?
First, do not feel like you are the only one in America that has credit issues because you are not. It can happen to anyone. In fact over 73 Million Americans have negative information reporting on their credit reports according to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
Secondly, I understand the feeling of being denied a loan or forced paying high interest rates and fees as a result of low credit scores. Because of this, we are passionate to help consumers that struggle with their credit. We are consumer advocates. We are here to help you.
Thirdly, we understand that taking the first step can be the hardest step to take. This is why we do everything we can to put you at ease. The initial consultation is absolutely free. There is no obligation to enroll into our program. Our goal is to help you make sense of it all and help you understand that with the right guidance your credit can get better.
